If you want a top-notch smile and oral health, then you need to clean and care for your teeth and gums regularly. One way you can do so is by brushing your teeth at the office. Brushing your teeth at the office can help you have a clean and pristine smile, can help you prevent dental issues and can even help you avoid embarrassing moments when food is stuck in your teeth. So, our dentist, Dr. Joy Jen, encourages you to brush your teeth at work, after lunch if possible. To make the task easier, she encourages you to do the following things:
-Keep an extra toothbrush and toothpaste in your office drawer. Make sure to use a toothbrush cover, of course. Having the extra oral hygiene tools in your desk can make it possible to brush your teeth each day. If you don’t have a desk, you can keep your toothbrush and toothpaste in your purse, briefcase or backpack!
-Set a reminder for yourself that reminds you to brush your teeth each day. You can set an alarm on your work clock, enter an event in your phone calendar or even remind yourself with a sticky note stuck to the screen of your computer. It doesn’t matter how you do it, just make sure to remind yourself each day.
